With over 25 years of experience in the building trades throughout the Powell River/ qathet region, Ken brings a wealth of expertise to Maple Avenue Appliance Service. After graduating (with distinction) in the Appliance Service Technician Red Seal training foundation course, Ken started his apprenticeship with a prominent company in the Lower Mainland before returning home to establish his own venture. 

Ken is an authorized warranty service provider for Amana, Bosch, Electrolux. Gaganeau, Frigidaire, Jenair, Kitchenaid, LG, Maytag, Thermidor, Whirlpool, and Samsung. He regularly updates his knowledge of these products. He has his “C” gas license to service gas appliances.  Ken is fully insured with Worksafe coverage.

Step 2: Diagnostic Evaluation

Our expert technician will arrive on time and conduct a thorough diagnostic evaluation of your appliance. We will identify the issue and explain the necessary repairs in clear, understandable terms.

Step 3: Upfront Quote

Before any work begins, we provide a detailed, upfront quote for the repair service. Our transparent pricing ensures there are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Step 4: Efficient Repairs

With your approval, our technician will proceed with the repairs using high-quality parts and industry-standard techniques. We aim to complete most repairs on the first visit, minimizing disruption to your day.
